*Cancellation Policy:*

1. *Deposit:*
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.
- The deposit can only be refunded if the participant successfully finds a replacement to take their reserved spot. An administration fee will be applied in this case.

2. *Cancellation by Participant:*
- Cancellations made 30 days prior to the retreat start date will result in a forfeiture of the full payment.
- Participants may attempt to find a replacement for their reserved spot. If successful, an administration fee 20 % will be deducted, and the remaining payment will be refunded.

3. *Cancellation by Organizer:*
- In the unlikely event that the retreat is canceled by the organizer, participants will be refunded the full amount paid, including the deposit.

4. *No-Shows:*
- No refunds will be provided for participants who do not show up for the retreat.

5. *Changes to Itinerary:*
- The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary or accommodations, if necessary. Participants will be notified in advance of any significant changes.
