About Soso Swim

SoSo Swim is a swimwear brand with a growing community across the UK and Australia We're looking for a creative, camera comfortable TikTok native to help us build out our presence in Australia.

The Role

You'll be the face and brain behind our TikTok content - ideating, filming, editing, and posting alongside our team, while keeping your finger on the pulse of trends and turning them into content that actually fits our brand.

What You'll Be Doing

Ideating and planning a regular content calendar for TikTok

Filming content alongside our team member Emelia

Editing videos (hooks, captions, trending audio, pacing) 

Posting and managing the account day-to-day (you will be working one day a week but required to post your drafts on the other days)

Replying to comments and DMs in a way that builds community, not just answers questions

Spotting trends early and adapting them to Soso Swim's voice before they peak

Coming up with original/viral concepts, not just replicating trends

Tracking what's working (views, saves, shares, follower growth) and adjusting strategy accordingly

What We're Looking For

Genuinely online - you already understand TikTok culture, pacing, and trends without being told

Comfortable both on camera and behind the edit

Experience filming and editing short-form video (CapCut, native TikTok editor)

Strong communication skills - comments and community management 

Self-starter who can work with loose direction and bring their own ideas

Based in Sydney (for filming days) or able to travel in

Nice to Have

Existing experience growing a brand or personal TikTok account

Interest in fashion, swimwear, or the beach/lifestyle space

Basic photography/content styling eye

Hours & Logistics

1–2 days per week (flexible on which days, tbc)

Mix of filming days (in person, in our store) and remote editing/posting/community management

Around $40/hr (1-2 days a week)
