Soso Swim – Swimwear Design Competition

Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Soso Swim ("Promoter"). This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta.

2. Eligibility

• Open to participants aged 18 years and over.

• Open internationally.

• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Soso Swim are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Requirements

To enter the competition, participants must:

• Submit an original pattern (digital or hand-drawn).

• Follow the instructions provided in the official competition post.

• Submit their design via the specified method (email)

• Provide a valid contact method.

4. Design Rules

• All designs must be original and created by the entrant.

• Designs must not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

• No copied, traced, or AI-generated designs.

• Offensive, explicit, or inappropriate content will be disqualified.

5. Ownership & Rights

By entering, participants agree that:

• They retain personal authorship credit for their design.

• The winning design becomes the exclusive property of Soso Swim.

• Soso Swim receives full commercial, production, marketing, and intellectual property rights to the winning design.

• Soso Swim may modify, adapt, or develop the winning design for production purposes.

• Non-winning designs may be featured for promotional purposes with creator credit unless requested otherwise in writing. They will not be used for on any swimwear.

6. Judging Criteria

Entries will be judged based on:

• Creativity

• Originality

• Brand alignment with Soso Swim

• Wearability and commercial viability

Judging decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Selection

• One (1) winner will be selected unless otherwise stated.

• The winner will be contacted directly via their provided contact details.

• If the winner does not respond within 5 days, Soso Swim reserves the right to select another winner.

8. Prize

The prize may include (as stated in the competition post):

• Production of the winning design

• Credit as the designer

• £1000 cash prize

Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

9. Promotion

By entering, participants grant Soso Swim permission to:

• Use their name, handle, and design for marketing and promotional purposes

• Share submitted designs on social media, website, and marketing materials
  without additional compensation (unless otherwise stated).

10. Disqualification

Soso Swim reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

• Breaches these Terms & Conditions

• Submits plagiarised or stolen content

• Attempts to manipulate the competition

• Provides false information

11. Liability

Soso Swim is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries

• Technical issues

• Any loss or damage arising from participation in the competition

12. Privacy

All personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and will not be shared with third parties.

13. General

• Soso Swim reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time.

• Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
